When I started weight training 10 years ago it was never to be a bodybuilder. Sure I was always into sports at High School. I played soccer, table tennis and tennis in a amateur level. I also practiced martial arts as a Kung fu, Karate and Capoeira but I was the skinny kid! I just wanted to gain a little weight and size to help with my performance but I didn’t have the people to encouraged me to lift or the environment necessary for that.
After a few years training and learning everything about fitness during my model carrier right when I moved to USA I started realizing going to a bodybuilding competition that they have the same principles and goals I used to have during my sports career. It gave me purpose and drive in a massive way to become a bodybuilder.
My mentality is very much to stay dedicated and never stop until I reach my goal.
The gym soon became my passion moving to Los Angeles in 2017 where I become a true Fitness expert and an athlete training and improving with several elite professionals in the Fitness industry. But I also have a degree in Physiotherapy and a masters degree in Clinic Osteopathy with extensive experience in sports performance and biomechanics of the movement in the sports, specialist to gain muscle mass and burn fat.
Long story short, I decided to compete a few years ago just for fun and to experience step on a stage. I placed 2nd! This was so cool especially when I was just a novice. Competing quickly became my motivation to keep getting better and better. I travelled all over the world and even like that I already win a few 1st place and a overall but I set a goal to soon became a Pro Athlete and I'm close to it.
Currently with years of training experience, I have been helping many of people transforming their body’s and overcome their limitations creating a healthy lifestyle with all my highly motivational and personalized content.
Fitness and health is what I do; it’s who I am. Being fit is a huge part of my life - I couldn’t imagine not working out and striving to be as fit as possible.
I have around 208,000 followers from around the world on my instagram platform and that keeps growing and growing. My ability to inspire and motivate, high-performance, results-oriented training programs make me a benchmark in the industry.
